Peter Fraser presently resides in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. He worked for thirty-five years in many developing countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa in the field of business and organizational development.
His career in international economic development focussed on locally based job creation and income generation through Small and Medium Scale Enterprise (SMME) development in emerging economies. Later in his career, his work shifted to trade development projects focused on enterprises seeking to establish export markets and greater competitiveness.
