 The mountains of Colombia, perhaps best known as the source of some of the world’s best coffee, also produce a wide variety of marvelous, tropical fruits and one of the finest quality cocoas to be found anywhere.
We have selected a combination of these tropical fruits, that we process ourselves, and fine single origin specialty chocolate to create a unique, delicious candy treat for your enjoyment.
Tropical Fruit Passions
A thin, edible, fruity cloak of delicious dehydrated mango, guava, blackberry, strawberry, papaya, and guanabana wraps creamy natural fruit flavored fillings covered with fine, single origin, semi-dark chocolate. The edible dehydrated fruity layer is a unique innovation of our process and is an integral part of the candy. Natural flavors of the interior cream fillings include lime, blackberry, strawberry, passion fruit, and mango.

Uchuva Passion
Dehydrated goldenberries (Uchuvas) are complemented with almond or caramel cream (dulce de leche) fillings encased in fine, single origin, semi-dark or white chocolate and are wrapped in the goldenberry’s natural, paper-like husk, or cape. The natural wrapper, made from the dried goldenberry cape, is not edible.
