Naturally Smoked Cheeses are fresh cheeses that are maintained in a smoking chamber for a period of days where they absorb the unique flavors and aromas of the woods used in the process.

Aged and Smoked Provolone provolone cheese


Available in cylinders for deli slicing or in smaller smoked "peras" depicted on the Aged Cheese page.
Slices are prepared with olive oil, oregano, or other desired spices

Provolone Curado y Ahumado

Los usos más comunes son el queso asado, como pasabocas y sandwiches. Se pueden aderezar con especias como pimienta, orégano, albahaca, ajo, con anchoas o aceitunas y acompañarlos con pan y un buen vino.
Rodajas Curadas y Ahumadas con aceite de oliva, orégano, y otros especies a gusto.
